He served as Food & Beverage Manager for Hilton Hotels in NYC, Washington DC, Columbus Ohio and Cincinnati. He formed and operated his own group of five restaurants in Cincinnati. After selling this business he moved to Fort Myers and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial and the Florida Business Broker Association. David Winner, MBA (Associate) has experience in both private and public corporations. He has negotiated numerous private capital buy/sells. Very strong financial analysis skills compliment his ability to find the best solutions to sometimes very complicated transactions. He is a commercial licensed real estate associate in Florida and a member of the Florida Business Brokers Association. As an entrepreneur he owned a wholesale automotive importing firm and a facility maintenance company. David has 25 plus years of business experience including several start-ups along with multi-location acquisitions. He also headed up a multi-location liquidation of a former Fortune 500 Company Division. David has written two national franchise agreements for a large international corporation and has continued his work in the field of dealer franchised distribution. Owen O’Brien (Associate) was born in New York City and has resided in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before relocating to Florida in 2002. An accomplished developer and builder, Owen began his career in the 1950’s building residential and commercial projects in New York and New Jersey. Through the 1960’s, as President of the Rocky Marciano Construction Company, he built government and municipal projects, including elderly housing, public schools, VA hospitals and U.S. Naval Air Stations on the east coast. Owen became President of O’B Construction Corporation in 1969 and continued handling a variety of government and municipal projects. In 1981, as President of O’Brien Realtors, he began working in residential and commercial real estate in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2002 upon his relocation here.
